I offer healing and coaching sessions online and in person in New York City.

The sessions I offer are suitable for a range of clients who wish to improve their intimacy and sexual experience. Even the complexity of trauma or abuse can resolve into authentic sexuality. Sessions can be an essential, meaningful way to create a deep connection with yourself and others and to heal past wounds.

Each session is unique and tailored to your needs. It is a personal discovery process rather than a formula that fits all and includes verbal communication and somatic practices. I will guide you to learn how to listen and trust your gut feelings, as well as identify and communicate your desires and needs in intimate relationships.

There will be no nudity or sexual contact.

Advanced work may be available for advanced practitioners.

In our work together, I hold a safe space for you to learn how to:

• Identify and communicate what you want and need in sex and intimacy.

• Trust and listen to your physical and emotional intuition.

• Create healthy boundaries within your intimacy and sexuality.

• Learn about the nature of feminine and masculine energies and how to bring them into balance and harmony within yourself and your relationships.
